Description

The Amazon Connect API Reference provides descriptions, syntax, and usage examples for each of the Amazon Connect actions, data types, parameters, and errors. Amazon Connect is a cloud-based contact center solution that makes it easy to set up and manage a customer contact center and provide reliable customer engagement at any scale.

Synopsis

Service Configuration

connect :: Service Source #

API version 2017-08-08 of the Amazon Connect Service SDK configuration.

Errors

Error matchers are designed for use with the functions provided by Control.Exception.Lens. This allows catching (and rethrowing) service specific errors returned by Connect.

OutboundContactNotPermittedException

_OutboundContactNotPermittedException :: AsError a => Getting (First ServiceError) a ServiceError Source #

The contact is not permitted because outbound calling is not enabled for the instance.

InvalidParameterException

_InvalidParameterException :: AsError a => Getting (First ServiceError) a ServiceError Source #

One or more of the parameters provided to the operation are not valid.

InvalidRequestException

DestinationNotAllowedException

_DestinationNotAllowedException :: AsError a => Getting (First ServiceError) a ServiceError Source #

Outbound calls to the destination number are not allowed for your instance. You can request that the country be included in the allowed countries for your instance by submitting a Service Limit Increase .

ContactNotFoundException

_ContactNotFoundException :: AsError a => Getting (First ServiceError) a ServiceError Source #

The contact with the specified ID is not active or does not exist.

InternalServiceException

_InternalServiceException :: AsError a => Getting (First ServiceError) a ServiceError Source #

Request processing failed due to an error or failure with the service.

ResourceNotFoundException

_ResourceNotFoundException :: AsError a => Getting (First ServiceError) a ServiceError Source #

The specified resource was not found.

LimitExceededException

_LimitExceededException :: AsError a => Getting (First ServiceError) a ServiceError Source #

The limit exceeded the maximum allowed active calls in a queue.

Waiters

Waiters poll by repeatedly sending a request until some remote success condition configured by the Wait specification is fulfilled. The Wait specification determines how many attempts should be made, in addition to delay and retry strategies.

Operations

Some AWS operations return results that are incomplete and require subsequent requests in order to obtain the entire result set. The process of sending subsequent requests to continue where a previous request left off is called pagination. For example, the ListObjects operation of Amazon S3 returns up to 1000 objects at a time, and you must send subsequent requests with the appropriate Marker in order to retrieve the next page of results.

Operations that have an AWSPager instance can transparently perform subsequent requests, correctly setting Markers and other request facets to iterate through the entire result set of a truncated API operation. Operations which support this have an additional note in the documentation.

Many operations have the ability to filter results on the server side. See the individual operation parameters for details.
