After running git-annex some minutes, the websites is not responsible any more and it even crashes eventually.

Start the assistant.

it-annex version: 4.20130802-g1452ac3
build flags: Assistant Webapp Pairing Testsuite S3 WebDAV Inotify DBus XMPP
