### Please describe the problem.

webapp does not start. 

Reports the following error:

Error: System can not fine the specified File

Source: null
 

### What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Downloaded the installer. 
2. Run the installer
3. In folder c:\Programm Files(x86)\Git doubleclick on git-annex-webapp
4. Content vbs: 
    Set objshell=CreateObject("Wscript.Shell")
    objShell.Run("git-annex webapp"), 0, False
4. 
### What version of git-annex are you using? On what operating system?

Server  Windows Server 2008 R2
