I am unable to run the webapp on redhat6.5

yum install git-annex 

### What version of git-annex are you using? On what operating system?
I am using git-annex version  3.20120523 and on redhat 6.5

I am seeing the following error when running git annex webapp:

git-annex: unknown command webapp
