gpcsets: Pitch Class Sets for Haskell

Cabal is a wonderful thing.  It should work for this package.  The usual two
options apply -- using "runhaskell Setup.lhs" (with configure / build / etc.)
and using the cabal install tool.

This module was built and tested on Ubuntu 9.04 using GHC 6.10.2
