Metadata revisions for reflex-basic-host-0.2

Package maintainers and Hackage trustees are allowed to edit certain bits of package metadata after a release, without uploading a new tarball.     reflex-basic-host provides a basic Reflex host for backend work. It
    provides instances for most of the important Reflex typeclasses.
    
    @Reflex.Host.Basic.basicHostWithQuit@ is the main entry point for
    running FRP code. Use the @TriggerEvent@ instance to construct
    @Event@s and control when they fire firings, and use the
    @PerformEvent@ instance to take actions in response to @Event@
    firings.
