  * Change API to use Text instead of String.

  * Regenerate UnicodeData.hs module based on latest UnicodeData.txt.
  * Removed bytestring dependency.
  * Simplified dependencies on MkUnicodeData, removed unneeded Types module.
  * Remove MkUnicodeData flag and executable stanza.
    Easiest just to run this script with runghc.
