• availing 은 도움이 되거나 쓸모가 있다는 뜻이며, unavailing 은 유익하지 못하고 쓸모가 없다는 뜻이다.
• The rescue workers tried to revive the drowning victim, but their effort were unavailing, and the doctor pronounced him death.
