The wai-route package

- 'ghc-options: -O2' is rarely needed. Check that it is giving a real benefit and not just imposing longer compile times on your users.
Simple routing for applications using the WAI, based on an efficient tree structure. Routes are defined as string literals and path segments prefixed with a : indicate captures.
