1879	man page is getting installed to a stupid place.	simonmar	igloo	"1. `mandir` in `mk/config.mk.in` is set to `$prefix/man`, which probably should be `$prefix/share/man`.

2. In a binary distribution, using an old autoconf, mandir refers to `@datarootdir` which doesn't exist, and hence the man page gets installed somewhere strange.
