Description

I tried to catch a bug in xmonad by using heap profiling (-hc). Compiled all libraries with -prof -auto-all. The .hp output seems broken as samples are written to the file multiple times. See attached example of xmonad.

  • difficulty set to Unknown
  • milestone set to 6.8.3

Can you please give us complete reproduction instructions, i.e. tell us exactly what code you are using, and what flags you are compiling and running with? (ideally in a way that doesn't need us to use xmonad as our actual window manager!)
