"403 Forbidden" on recent 6.10.0 snapshot tarballs

Description

On all 3 snapshot distributions since 20081014 @ http://www.haskell.org/ghc/dist/stable/dist/ I get "403 Forbidden" errors. This seems to be the same issue as in ticket:1142.

Thanks for the report. I've fixed the permission on the existing files, and Simon's fixed the umask so that future uploads will have the right perms.
