2803	bring full top level of a module in scope when a breakpoint is hit in the module	phercek		"It should do something like {{{:module + *ModuleWhereBreakpointWasHit}}} and remove the added top level symbols of {{{ModuleWhereBreakpointWasHit}}} when we leave it.
The goal is so that the functions which are in scope when we hit a breakpoint are readily available for investigations of the values stored in the free variables of the selected expression.
