Haddock executable not versioned

Description
Now that Haddock uses the GHC api, it's tied to a particular version of GHC. However, the executable itself does not follow the versioned name convention. It's been making it trickier than it should be to have multiple versions of GHC around.
Honestly, this might apply to other programs included in the distribution, but it's the one that's been biting me lately.
