links are reversed in INLINE section
Description
Near the bottom of section 7.13.5.1 is the following:
See also the NOINLINE (Section 7.13.5.2, “INLINABLE pragma”) and INLINABLE (Section 7.13.5.3, “NOINLINE pragma”) pragmas.
These two links are obviously the wrong way round.
