This code must be compiled with the -fcontext-stack flag, with an argument that depends on the number of columns in the table. Since -fcontext-stack is a static flag at the moment, the user who wants to use a generated module has to look in the generated cod for a comment that says to use for example -fcontext-stack64. If -fcontext-stack could be set in a pragma the user would be spared this problem.
