Generate autogen files for haddock as well as build

Description

Building haddock docs with haddock-2.x fails if a build was not done first, due to the cabal_macros.h file missing.

Should be fixed in the development version.

  * Fix #396 and add let .Haddock find autogen modules

If someone can confirm this fix then I'll push it to the 1.6.x stable series.
