662	Use flags to figure out working pkg-config constraints.	Axel Simon		Currently, cabal tries all possible flag assignments to fulfill the requirements on Haskell packages. For Gtk2Hs and probably other wrappers around C libraries it would be great to extend this functionality to pkg-config dependencies.
