package documentation not built

I uploaded a package three days ago (network-bitcoin) and it still appears not to have been built. I see no logs directory at  http://hackage.haskell.org/packages/archive/network-bitcoin/0.1.0/ and no documentation at  http://hackage.haskell.org/package/network-bitcoin-0.1.0 It looks like most other new packages are behaving similarly.

I searched for existing bugs or a policy statement describing the expected time between upload and build, but found nothing.

The build client machine went down over the weekend, but is up now. Doesn't help your package, though.
