927,[PATCH] enhancements to cabal init: dependency guessing + minor improvements,byorgey2,,"Sent this to the mailing list a while ago but sticking it here so it doesn't get lost. As of today (9 March 2012) it still applies cleanly.

The bundle contains four patches.  The first three are minor improvements. The last is a bigger addition, which tries to guess the right package dependencies to list in the build-depends field.
