Ticket Difficulties

This is a quick explanation of what the different difficulty levels in ticket reports should mean.

• Very Easy (<1 hour): Any Haskeller should be able to do this in less than an hour of hacking.
• Easy (<4 hours): Any Haskeller should be able to do this in a few hours of hacking. Someone experienced with Cabal can probably fix it in less than an hour.
• Normal : Between easy and hard.
• Hard (< 1 day): Someone experienced with Cabal will probably take a few hours, up to a day to handle this ticket.
• Very Hard (<1 week): Someone experienced with Cabal will probably take more than a day to handle this ticket.
• Project (> week): Long term project.
