A quasiquoter for arrow notation. To be used as follows:

     arr f = BST [proc| (b, s) -> do
			returnA -< (f b, s) |]
  

parseModuleWithMode :: ParseMode -> String -> ParseResult HsModule

Parse of a string, which should contain a complete Haskell 98 module.
