initTimers :: TcpHandle -> IO ()

Schedule the timers to run on the fast and slow intervals.

resetIdle :: Sock ()

whenIdleFor :: Int -> Sock () -> Sock ()

Conditionally run an action when the connection has been idle for at least timeout SlowTicks.

set2MSL :: SlowTicks -> Sock ()

Set the value of the 2MSL timer.

calibrateRTO :: POSIXTime -> POSIXTime -> TcpTimers -> TcpTimers

Calibrate the RTO timer, as specified by RFC-6298.
