Skylighting.Extensions.GHCi

Introduces a new Skylighting syntax highlighter for GHCi (a REPL for Haskell).

A Skylighting Syntax for highlighting GHCi sessions. The only thing this does is highlight prompts. We assume that the prompt is "λ>" and the continuation prompt is " >".
