fromList :: Storable a => [a] -> Vector aSource

creates a Vector from a list:

(|>) :: Storable a => Int -> [a] -> Vector aSource
an alternative to fromList with explicit dimension, used also in the instances for Show (Vector a).

extracts the Vector elements to a list
