The extensible-effects package

This package introduces datatypes for typeclass-constrained effects, as an alternative to monad-transformer based (datatype-constrained) approach of multi-layered effects. For more information, see the original paper at http://okmij.org/ftp/Haskell/extensible/exteff.pdf.
