An extensible options structure controlling checkout. Ensure that
you have entirely zeroed the structure, then set just the desired
options. This is used by repoCheckoutAt
which
supercedes previous separate enumeration usage in
repoCheckoutTree
and ostree_repo_checkout_tree_at()
.
