Network.Google.Resource.Compute.BackendServices.Patch

Contents

Description

Patches the specified BackendService resource with the data included in the request. There are several restrictions and guidelines to keep in mind when updating a backend service. Read Restrictions and Guidelines for more information. This method supports PATCH semantics and uses the JSON merge patch format and processing rules.

See: Compute Engine API Reference for compute.backendServices.patch.

Synopsis

REST Resource

type BackendServicesPatchResource = "compute" :> ("v1" :> ("projects" :> (Capture "project" Text :> ("global" :> ("backendServices" :> (Capture "backendService" Text :> (QueryParam "requestId" Text :> (QueryParam "alt" AltJSON :> (ReqBody '[JSON] BackendService :> Patch '[JSON] Operation))))))))) Source #

A resource alias for compute.backendServices.patch method which the BackendServicesPatch request conforms to.

Creating a Request

backendServicesPatch Source #

Creates a value of BackendServicesPatch with the minimum fields required to make a request.

Use one of the following lenses to modify other fields as desired:

data BackendServicesPatch Source #

Patches the specified BackendService resource with the data included in the request. There are several restrictions and guidelines to keep in mind when updating a backend service. Read Restrictions and Guidelines for more information. This method supports PATCH semantics and uses the JSON merge patch format and processing rules.

See: backendServicesPatch smart constructor.

Request Lenses

bspRequestId :: Lens' BackendServicesPatch (Maybe Text) Source #

An optional request ID to identify requests. Specify a unique request ID so that if you must retry your request, the server will know to ignore the request if it has already been completed. For example, consider a situation where you make an initial request and the request times out. If you make the request again with the same request ID, the server can check if original operation with the same request ID was received, and if so, will ignore the second request. This prevents clients from accidentally creating duplicate commitments. The request ID must be a valid UUID with the exception that zero UUID is not supported (00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000).

bspProject :: Lens' BackendServicesPatch Text Source #

Project ID for this request.

bspBackendService :: Lens' BackendServicesPatch Text Source #

Name of the BackendService resource to patch.
