hasql-url: Parse PostgreSQL connection URI into Hasql.Connection Settings
The Hasql.URL module in this package exports
a helper function parseDatabaseUrl to
construct Settings from a URI (or string).

Just "host=localhost port=5433 user=username password=password dbname=database"
