Usage
Deploying with Halcyon
$ halcyon deploy https://github.com/mietek/mailchimp-subscribe
$ export MAILCHIMP_API_KEY=...
$ export MAILCHIMP_LIST_ID=...
$ export WEBSITE_URL=...
$ PORT=8080 mailchimp-subscribe
