shibuya-core: Supervised queue processing framework for Haskell
A supervised queue processing framework inspired by Broadway (Elixir). Provides unified queue abstraction, NQE-based supervision, backpressure via bounded inbox, explicit ack semantics, and OpenTelemetry tracing.
