BiobaseDotP: Vienna / DotBracket / ExtSS parsers
Parsers for Vienna dot-bracket like formats. Includes parsing two-line RNAfold output, RNAstrand dot-bracket notation and the RNAwolf extended RNA secondary structure notation.
